Policies
Check-In: Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive later.
Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Please return your keys to the Front Desk when you check-out or leave them in your room door.
Rates: When booking, a one night deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
You are welcome to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, E-transfer, or Cash.
Payment: Rates are per room per night, listed in Canadian Dollars, and do not include tax.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge for one night of your reservation.
For multi night stays cancelled within 7 days of arrival, only one night will be charged. Any remaining nights will be cancelled or refunded.
Breakfast: A la carte breakfast is available and served in our shared breakfast room between 8:00 am to 9:00 am. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Quiet Time: Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm.
Smoking: We offer non-smoking accommodations only. Guests are welcome to smoke tobacco in the parking lot.
Pets: We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome with advance notice.

Air Conditioning: Our rooms are cooled by the natural "Island AC" - the ocean breeze. We provide fans in every room for extra circulation. We do not have air conditioning.
