If you need to cancel your reservation please allow up to 48 hours. If you cancel within 48 hours before your arrival you will be charged for 1 night of your current reservation. If you have reserved a multi-night stay and cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, only one night will be charged and the other subsequent nights will be cancelled or refunded.

Examples:

• If you book a 1 night stay for $148.35 and cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount.

• If you book a 2 night stay for $148.35/ night and cancel within 48 hours. Only, the initial $148.35 will be charged.

• If you book any room and cancel before the 48 hour buffer, all is refunded or cancelled with no penalty.​
